What I Bought | Southampton Etsy Summer Fair!
Last weekend, The Southampton Etsy Team had our very first Summer fair at the amazing Sorting Office in Eastleigh! It was an absolute success, we had a footfall of around 1000 lovely customers, and I've come back with many ideas for new products for my upcoming new product range!
As it was so busy, I only managed to get photos of a few stalls. Check out the Soton Etsy instagram to see all the stalls and shops who were there!
I left the fair with some amazing products, some of which I had my eye on for a while (I've been wanting a Tumble & Rose copper ring since Christmas!) - here's what I came home with:
RuPaul's Drag Race fans rejoice, this beautiful handmade brooch by Sister Fox Illustrations is FREAKING AMAZING, and there's other phrases available on her shop too! The Miss Vanjie sensation lives on, and I'll be jazzing up blazers, dresses and cardigans with this absolute gem!
Sorayraya makes jewellery, phonecases, studded sunglasses and much more (she was also my stall buddy and we pretty much spent the weekend discussing Love Island, Drag Race and crime documentaries!) I couldn't resist buying these funky alien earrings, which are available in a variety of colours and surfaces (my sister bought some holographic ones for her birthday night out outfit!).
SERIOUSLY HOW CUTE IS THIS LITTLE BUN! The Mighty Ink is the shop Illustrator Grace Ives-Farren, and she designs stationery, prints, accessories and the cutest little animals by hand with clay. I would honestly buy the whole lot and start a mini zoo on my desk! I'm absolutely besotted with this little bunny, and it looks like my Charlie too!
How beautiful is my Tumble and Rose ring - I can't stop staring at it! Handmade jewellery is so special and I've definitely got the bug to collect more. Helen at Tumble and Rose also makes and designs necklaces and pins, as well as subscription boxes for her crystals and candles!
Check out all their amazing work and follow all the socials to keep updated with future Southampton Etsy events! It's so important to shop small and support local artists and businesses, and it really means a lot when we see that notification pop up when someone has placed an order!
